There’s no single clear successor for McHenry’s (R-N.C.) job leading Financial Services, one of the most powerful House panels. Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer (Mo.) emerged as an early frontrunner with other top contenders including Reps. French Hill (Ark.) and Bill Huizenga (Mich.).
