Miller, Noem Called High on Subpoena List If Democrats Win House

White House adviser Stephen Miller, former Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and her former associate, Corey Lewandowski, are top of mind for subpoenas if Democrats retake the House in the midterm elections, according to the lawmaker who would be in line to become chair of the House Oversight Committee.

Robert Garcia (D-Calif.), now ranking member of the investigative panel, said during an exclusive interview Tuesday with Bloomberg Government that his “aggressive agenda” would include continuing probes of disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, “Trump family corruption” — including presidential son-in-law Jared Kushner’s investments and government role — and misbehaving corporations. ...
