Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin criticized what he described as politicized court rulings and sidestepped a question about complying with court orders, telling lawmakers he would follow the Constitution.
“They use their bench for their political opinion, not just the rule of law,” Mullin said Tuesday in a heated exchange with Sen.
