The Democratic nominee for president in 2028 will need to carry Pennsylvania to win the White House and that gives Gov. Josh Shapiro a leg up, Rep.
“I don’t see a path to winning the White House that doesn’t include Pennsylvania. And so the national party, of course, should pay attention to how and who wins in Pennsylvania,” he said.
