Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America CEO and President Steve Ubl is leaving his position at the end of 2026, according to a Wednesday announcement from the top pharmaceutical trade industry group.
“Steve has been an exceptional leader during one of the most consequential periods for our industry, and his commitment to ensuring a thoughtful transition will leave PhRMA stronger and well positioned for the future,” Merck CEO Rob Davis in a statement. Davis is chair of the PhRMA board.
