CEOs and leaders of top drug supply chain organizations—including PhRMA—are being asked to testify before the House Energy and Commerce panel on Feb. 11.
PhRMA Chief Operating Officer, Lori Reilly, is being asked to testify before the committee, according to a person familiar with the committee’s request. PhRMA is the trade group for pharmaceutical drug manufacturers.
Other executives include David Marin, president and CEO of the Pharmaceutical Care Management Association, who has agreed to appear in front of the panel. The group represents pharmaceutical benefit managers, which implement drug benefits and negotiate rebates for insurers.
