Republicans Join Democrat-Led Motion to Subpoena Epstein Records

Three GOP lawmakers sided with their Democratic counterparts and voted to subpoena the full Epstein records Wednesday, a stunning step in a debacle that’s derailed congressional Republicans for two weeks.

The House Oversight subcommittee on Federal Law Enforcement voted 8-2 to approve a Democrat-led motion to subpoena the full Epstein files. Reps. Nancy Mace (R-S.C.), Scott Perry (R-PA), and Brian Jack (R-Ga.) voted with the Democratic members of the subcommittee. Only Republican Reps. Clay Higgins (La.) and Andy Biggs (Ariz.) voted against the motion.
