Republicans Seek Backing for Budget Vote, Promising More Talks

House Republican leaders, aware that some of their members are skeptical ahead of a key procedural vote on their budget and tax plans, said they aim to win them over by promising more negotiations ahead of a vote on the final bill, a top committee chairman said.
