The head of the House Natural Resources Committee is trying to force the Biden administration to hand over documents related to a New York City recreation area that has been used for the last year to shelter migrants coming to the US.

Chairman Bruce Westerman (R-Ark.) wants information from the Homeland Security Department by Aug. 23 about its decision last year to allow Floyd Bennett Field, part of a National Park Service recreation area in Brooklyn, to house approximately 2,000 migrants temporarily in tents.
