RTX Corp. was awarded a U.S. Defense Logistics Agency contract valued at up to $196.6 million.
Following is the text from the Defense Department announcement:
Rockwell Collins Inc. has been awarded a maximum $196 million firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for various tactical airborne navigation systems spare parts. This was a sole-source acquisition using 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulations 6.302-1. This is a five-year base contract with one five-year option period.
