Rubio to Visit Israel as US Works to Bolster Gaza Ceasefire

Secretary of State Marco Rubio plans to travel to Israel this week to help reinforce a fragile, US-brokered ceasefire agreed to with Hamas earlier this month.

Rubio will land in Israel on Thursday and is scheduled to meet Friday with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, according to Israeli government spokeswoman Shosh Bedrosian.
