Senate Republicans advanced their budget reconciliation plan and Democrats honed a clear set of messages during the all-night “vote-a-rama” that concluded early this morning.
The Senate voted 52-48 to adopt a budget resolution setting the stage for the Republican bill to boost defense and border spending.
