Sexual Misconduct in Congress on Leaders’, Womens’ Ethics Agenda

Republican and Democratic women met Friday morning to discuss possible House ethics and rule changes, both this year and beyond, to address the rising reports of sexual misconduct on Capitol Hill.

“We are actually working to make the Capitol a safer place—for staff, for members, for visitors,” Rep. Andrea Salinas (D-Ore.) said after a meeting with both the Republican and Democratic women’s caucuses.
