Tax-Writing Democrat Is Open to Subcommittee Gavel Scramble

The influential House Ways and Means Committee could see shakeups in subcommittee leadership next year as Democrats prepare to gain seats, a catalyst moment for a party grappling with balancing tradition while making way for a new generation.
