Numerous federal IT and professional services opportunities estimated to be worth more than $700 billion moved ahead through June and early July as broad agency funding goals and proposals began to take shape for the fiscal year beginning Oct. 1.
Four new opportunities — worth as much as $65 billion combined — were added to Bloomberg Government’s Top 20 Opportunities, a curated catalog of some of the largest IT, telecommunications, professional services, and R&D opportunities in the pre-RFP stage. They include three follow-ons and one urgent, accelerated opportunity that promises to reshape the technology that manages the nation’s airspace.
