The General Services Administration’s recompete strategy for the agency’s $5.5 billion Second Generation IT (2GIT) contract vehicle is currently under review to make sure it aligns with the administration’s priorities, a GSA official who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss information that hasn’t been made public said.
2GIT, a follow-on to GSA’s contract for commercial IT hardware and software, has been added to Bloomberg Government’s Top 20 Opportunities, a curated catalog of some of the most lucrative IT, professional services, and R&D opportunities in the pre-RFP stage.
