US President-elect Donald Trump names Christopher Landau to serve as Deputy Secretary of State, according to a Truth Social post.

• Michael Needham will serve as Counselor of the Department of State, Trump says in a separate post
• Trump names Michael Anton as Director of Policy Planning at the State Department
• He also says Alina Habba will join the White House team as Counselor to the President
