Some federal agents are leaving Minnesota, according to the mayor of fatality-rattled Minneapolis, and a new face is arriving to take charge of the administration’s immigration show of force.

Greg Bovino, the US Border Patrol commander who has become the face of that operation, is being moved out, and President Donald Trump said he’s sending US border czar Tom Homan there.

Trump also had phone calls with both Mayor Jacob Frey (D) and Gov. Tim Walz (D), after which there was a shift in tone from the recent combative commentary. Hadriana Lowenkron and Jennifer A Dlouhy report ...
