President Donald Trump spent most of last fall calling it a “hoax” perpetuated by his rivals across the aisle. But with a new year comes new ideas, so now it’s the buzzword for proposals on health care costs, housing prices, groceries, even Venezuelan oil. To the point where it’s made some in his party queasy heading into the November midterms.
