The Trump administration sent Congress more details about its plans to cut funding for domestic programs late Friday afternoon. It’s aimed at appeasing lawmakers who said a previous “skinny budget” proposal was too light on substance.
The White House posted a more than 1,200 page appendix, adding further information on agency-by-agency spending plans. Departments also began posting individual documents with more budget information.
