Speaking from France on Friday, Rubio affirmed that the conflict in the Middle East hadn’t yet affected a program meant to help defend against Russia’s invasion.
“It hasn’t happened yet. Nothing yet has been diverted, but it could,” he told reporters after a Group of Seven foreign ministers’ meeting outside Paris.
Rubio was quick to defend any potential decision to re-direct the equipment.
