Kabir Duggal and Felipe Nazar Pagani joined Akin as international arbitration partners in its New York office, the firm announced Thursday.
Duggal focuses on international investment arbitration and public international law, serving as arbitrator, mediator, legal expert and counsel. He is a chartered arbitrator, having sat in more than 70 arbitrations, the firm said.
Nazar Pagani advises multinational companies, investors and sovereign entities in high-stakes cross-border disputes with a particular focus on Latin America. He represents clients in energy, infrastructure, construction, mining and telecoms sectors, the firm said.
