Rebecca Lutzko joined BakerHostetler as a partner in its litigation practice group in Cleveland, the firm announced Monday.
Lutzko supervised the investigation and prosecution of federal crimes including health care fraud, securities crimes, public corruption and cybercrimes. She oversaw affirmative civil investigations and authorized civil litigation on matters involving violations of the False Claims Act and other civil rights statutes, the firm said.
She joins from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Ohio, where she was interim U.S. Attorney. Lutzko was an associate at BakerHostetler for seven years.
