Susan Taylor joined Carlton Fields as a shareholder in its Government Law and Consulting Practice in West Palm Beach.
Taylor’s practice includes negotiating and drafting real estate contracts, conducting due diligence, managing entitlement and prospective use analyses, and shepherding projects through local government approvals. She focuses on land use, zoning, and code enforcement, helping developers, builders, and individual property owners navigate regulatory processes, the firm said.
