Aaron Russ joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its private investment funds team in Richmond, the firm announced Tuesday.
Russ guides clients through SEC examinations and enforcement matters, and designs compliance infrastructures for established managers and emerging fintech platforms. He counsels investment advisers on mergers, acquisitions, and transitions, and advises on private fund formation and operations, the firm said.
He joins from Morrison Foerster.
