Rami Turayhi joined Milbank as a partner in its corporate/M&A group in New York, the firm announced Thursday.
Turayhi advises sponsors and investment managers across private equity and hedge fund strategies and industries, including buyout, real estate, energy and infrastructure funds. His practice encompasses US investment adviser formation and registration, the structuring of sponsor mechanics and carried interest arrangements, and the negotiation of funds-of-one and managed accounts, the firm said.
He joins from Fried Frank, according to his LinkedIn profile.
