Norton Rose Fulbright settled a pair of lawsuits between the firm and two former partners’ legal tech company over a botched plan to sell software to clients.
The settlements end dueling lawsuits between Norton Rose and NMBL Technologies, Inc., a company founded by ex-partners Daniel Farris and Christopher Hines. The agreements were disclosed in December court filings in Houston and Chicago, but the terms of the deals have not been made public.
