Paramount Skydance names Makan Delrahim chief legal officer, effective Oct. 6.

Delrahim was previously US assistant attorney general, overseeing the Justice Department’s Antitrust Division
Was most recently at Latham & Watkins, where he advised Skydance Media in the process that led to the acquisition of Paramount
