Sarah Ridel joined Skadden as a partner in its energy and infrastructure projects group in Houston, the firm announced Thursday.
Ridel advises on complex development and finance matters, including build-transfer transactions, power purchase agreements, construction financings, back-leverage financings, tax equity bridge loans and private placements. She has transmission experience, having worked on several transmission-related projects in the United States, the firm said.
She joins from Pattern Energy Group.
