Squire Patton Boggs Adds Structured Finance Duo From Reed Smith

Structured finance lawyers Trish O’Donnell and Nathan Menon joined Squire Patton Boggs, the firm announced Wednesday.

O’Donnell, who joined as a partner in New York, advises clients on cross-border transactions with a focus on structured finance, specialty finance, and private credit. Menon, who joined as a director in London, specializes in structured finance including securitization, forward flow and non-performing loan sale and acquisition transactions.

O’Donnell and Menon previously were partners at Reed Smith.
