William Liu joined Squire Patton Boggs as a partner in its financial services practice in London, the firm announced Tuesday.
Liu represents corporate trustees, facility and collateral agents in the US and UK on cross-border financing transactions, including complex loan financings and restructurings. He advises clients on distressed financings, workouts, and insolvency-related matters, and has acted in award-winning capital markets transactions, the firm said.
He joins from K&L Gates.
