Lawyers may be more willing to defy the Trump administration now than they were six months ago at the peak of the White House’s unprecedented attacks on law firms. That’s one of the takeaways of the most recent State of Practice Report, a Bloomberg Law survey of more than 750 legal practitioners.
Over half of those surveyed said they would consider leaving their firm or organization if it struck a deal with the Trump administration.
