Mattel Names Luthra Chief Commercial Officer as Totzke Departs

Mattel Inc. announced that Steve Totzke will step down as President and Chief Commercial Officer effective May 1, with Sanjay Luthra, currently Executive Vice President and Managing Director of EMEA, appointed as his successor.

• Totzke will remain as Executive Adviser through December 31
• Luthra joined Mattel in 2003 and will relocate to El Segundo
