Brandsafway Industries LLC and a former industrial painter for the company agreed to drop a lawsuit alleging the painter was unlawfully terminated for using medical marijuana to treat her anxiety.
The parties moved to dismiss the case with prejudice on Feb. 6 in the US District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Zosima Miller sued Brandsafway in 2022
