AvePoint Files for Listing in Singapore to Boost Asia Business

AvePoint Inc. has filed for a secondary listing in Singapore, as the US data security firm looks to expand its Asia Pacific business.

The company, which counts Singapore’s 65 Equity Partners among its investors, said it had submitted a listing application to the Singapore Exchange. AvePoint will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market, according to a statement on Friday. No final decision has been reached on the secondary listing.
