Liftoff Mobile Inc. is seeking to raise up to $418 million in an initial public offering, in its second attempt at going public this year.
The Blackstone Inc.-backed company, which filed for an IPO just three months after withdrawing a previous registration, plans to market 19 million shares for $20 to $22 each, according to its filing on Friday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
At the top of that range, Liftoff would have a market value of $3.7 billion based on the outstanding shares listed in its filing.
