Bollinger Innovations Inc., formerly Mullen Automotive Inc., and two of its investors agreed to drop a lawsuit against three broker-dealers for actions that allegedly drove down the electric vehicle maker’s stock price.
The parties’ dismissal agreement, filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, doesn’t indicate whether a settlement was involved, but it does bar re-filing the claims. Attorneys for Bollinger and its investors, IMC Financial Markets, Clear Street Markets LLC and an affiliate, and UBS Securities LLC didn’t immediately respond to an emailed request for comment.
