The biggest US bank announced another new program Tuesday, with the latest venture aimed at expanding economic opportunity in local communities across the country. The “American Dream Initiative,” as the bank’s calling it, will span six focus areas. That includes small businesses, where the effort will focus initially, as well as housing and financial health.
