NY Private School Startup Seeks Edge by Giving 42% Fee Discount

Before Harrow International School New York opened its doors in September, principal Matthew Sipple hoped to enroll 80 students by the end of its inaugural year. So far, there are just 20. The kids are outnumbered by a staff of 26.

That’s why he’s dropping the cost of admission by 42% next year, a move meant to attract more local pupils to the Long Island campus.
