Office Properties Income Won’t Appeal Nasdaq Compliance Decision

Office Properties Income Trust does not expect to appeal Nasdaq’s determination that the company it hasn’t regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1).

  • If it doesn’t appeal, its common shares are set to be delisted at the opening of business on Oct. 6
  • On Sept. 30, the company didn’t make the required $27.4 million interest payment due on its 9.000% senior secured notes due Sept. 2029 or the required $3.4 million interest payment due on its 3.250% senior secured notes due March 2027
    • Working with advisers to pursue restructuring efforts
    • Has 30-day grace period to make payment before non-payment constitutes ...
