Team Services Sets Terms on $1.4 Billion Debt Deal, Upsizes Loan

Home-health provider Team Services Holding Inc. has shifted the mix of its $1.38 billion financing package to help fund its pending purchase by General Atlantic, relying more heavily on the leveraged loan market.

The firm has set final terms on a term loan that was increased by $75 million to $700 million, while trimming a junk bond offering by the same amount to $675 million, according to people with direct knowledge of the matter.
