Tokenized Securities Market tZero Is Readying 2026 IPO

tZero Group Inc., which operates a marketplace for securities tied to digital tokens, is planning an initial public offering for 2026, Chief Executive Officer Alan Konevsky said in an interview.

The company, whose investors include Intercontinental Exchange Inc., has been talking with bankers, but hasn’t selected who it will work with on the IPO, Konevsky said. It’s also simultaneously exploring doing a pre-IPO fundraising round, he said. The company, which has more than 50 employees, is not profitable, Konevsky said.
