Trader Gagliardi Says Would Be Insulted If Left Out of DOJ Probe

A trader embroiled in a dispute with his former employer over $6 million in unpaid bonuses said he’d have been “insulted” if he wasn’t named in a subpoena related to a US block trading probe.

Robert Gagliardi is suing Evolution Capital Management in London alleging that they wrongfully denied him a performance bonus after he made the firm more than $63 million. His employment at Evolution coincided with a joint Securities Exchange Commission and Department of Justice investigation into block trading.
