Verisure IPO Likely to Price Near Top End of Range, Terms Show

The initial public offering of alarm group Verisure Plc is likely to price at €13.25 ($15.5) in a sign of strong demand for Europe’s largest listing in three years.

That compares to an initial price range of €12.25 to €13.50 per share. Books were covered at multiple times the level of €13.25 and above, according to terms of the deal seen by Bloomberg News. Verisure had been seeking a market value of as much as €13.9 billion in its IPO.
