Vietnam’s ride-hailing taxi Green & Smart Mobility JSC, which is owned by the country’s richest man, plans an initial public offering in the second half of 2028, according to founder Pham Nhat Vuong.
The pre-IPO process for GSM will start in the next two to three months, Vuong said at Vingroup JSC’s shareholders’ meeting in Hanoi. GSM is 95% owned by Vuong, who is chairman of Vingroup. He did not say where the IPO will be held. Vuong’s wife, Pham Thu Huong, is chairwoman of the business.
