Former KBR Workers End Suit Alleging Insufficient Layoff Notice

Terminated KBR Inc. employees dropped their suit claiming the company didn’t give them adequate notice of layoffs that occurred after a US defense agency canceled a contract worth billions of dollars.

Peter Sadler and Molly O’brien filed a notice of voluntary dismissal without prejudice in the US District Court for the District of Delaware. The suit is now dismissed. Neither KBR nor counsel for the plaintiffs immediately responded to a request for comment.
