TaskUs Inc.'s nearly $18 million class settlement with investors over the outsourcing firm’s employee retention metrics received final approval from a federal court Thursday.
The deal is fair, reasonable, and adequate, Judge John P. Cronan said for the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. Cronan also approved nearly $5.3 million in attorneys’ fees, or 30% of the settlement fund.
