Tempus Investor Drops Lawsuit Levying Short Seller Accusations

Tempus AI Inc. escaped proposed class allegations the health tech company misrepresented its artificial intelligence capabilities and other issues after the court-appointed lead investor dropped the lawsuit.

Judge Matthew F. Kennelly terminated the case Monday at the request of investor Art Esa, saying the dismissal wouldn’t impact other shareholders’ decisions to sue.
