Trump Taps Morgan Lewis Attorney for NLRB General Counsel Post

President Donald Trump is nominating Crystal Carey, a partner at large management-side law firm Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, to be National Labor Relations Board general counsel.

Carey’s name was transferred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee for a nomination hearing, according to the Congressional Record made public Tuesday.

Carey has been at Morgan Lewis for nearly seven years, moving to the firm after eight years as an NLRB attorney.
