Argentina Gazettes Resolution Updating Monthly Salary Thresholds for Social Security Contributions

The Argentine Official Gazette Sept. 25 published General Resolution No. 317/2025, updating the monthly salary thresholds for calculating social security contributions, as of the October 2025 accrual period. The resolution includes measures: 1) setting the minimum guaranteed pension at approximately 326,298 Argentine pesos (US$247); 2) setting the maximum salary threshold at approximately 2.2 million pesos (US$1,654); and 3) establishing the minimum and maximum taxable bases at approximately 109,897 pesos (US$83) and approximately 3.6 million pesos (US$2,707), respectively.
